The Galapagos

September 25 – October 2, 2028*

If you’re an adventurous diver looking for an experience unlike any other, the Galapagos Islands should be at the top of your list. Why? Because it’s one of the few places on Earth where you can dive into a world teeming with unique and rare marine life found nowhere else.

The Galapagos Islands are a top destination for adventurous divers seeking unique and rewarding experiences. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, this protected paradise offers some of the world’s most challenging yet spectacular diving opportunities. Divers can expect to encounter rare marine life, such as massive schools of hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, penguins, and marine iguanas, all found nowhere else on Earth.

The islands, located straddling the Equator in the Pacific Ocean, have played a pivotal role in science since Charles Darwin visited in 1835. His observations of the unique wildlife led to his theory of evolution by natural selection. The extreme isolation of the islands, combined with volcanic activity and the confluence of three major ocean currents, has fostered the development of extraordinary animal species that make the Galapagos a one-of-a-kind destination for divers and naturalists alike.
